The Annual General Meeting (AGM), due to government meeting and distancing restrictions, will be completed by restricted proxy on Thursday, November 19, 2020. The login time will start at 6:30pm and the meeting will start at 7:00pm.
This AGM will only be conducted by proxy with no personal attendance. In the opinion of the Board of Directors, it is impossible for the Homeowner Association to conduct an in-person meeting while complying safely and cost effectively with Alberta Health Services meeting restrictions. Due to these restrictions, the Homeowner Association has attached a restricted proxy for the AGM.
The Bylaws state that to vote, an Owner must not be in arrears. All Homeowner Association Residents contributions and current special assessments must be paid in full. If you are uncertain of your account status, or have questions about how to make payments, please email our Accounts Receivable Department at: firstname.lastname@example.org. At the AGM the current Board of Directors resign and the new Board is elected for the next fiscal year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the recommendation is to send in your vote(s) for the incoming Board of Directors.
